I've been taking this product since 2010 and it has been over 6 years. I'm at the age of 44, but w/o telling people my real age, people can't really guess by my look and skin. 喝了有一年了，肠胃变好了，皮肤变好了，没有那么多痘痘。

晚上睡前合着牛奶一起喝的，的确有奶香味，很好喝，就是效果还没有看出来，可能是我皮肤问题不大吧，不过我喝了到是没有长痘呀什么问题，希望喝完可以很好的提亮下肤色吧~~
